Includes:
- Transfer from your hotel in Lisbon, Cascais or Sintra to the start of the ride in Sintra or Arrábida and return to Lisbon
- Carbon road bike rental (Scott Addict 20) and appropriate gear for the ride (helmet, pump, spare tube, tire levers, cleat pedals of your choice*)
- Guide riding with your group on a full-day guided cycling tour, always adapted to your pace (4 to 5 hour ride)
- Liability and personal accidents insurance in case of an accident while riding
- Sports nutrition and hydration provided before the ride
- Stop for Coffee and pastry mid ride
- Stop for lunch at a local restaurant (lunch not included)
- Visit to the Monserrate Garden and Palace or Quinta da Regaleira in Sintra // - Visit to the wine cellars + a wine tasting experience
