On a bike tour in the Camino de Santiago, you'll be joining a journey that started in the 9th Century, with the discovery, in Galiza, of the remains of St. James. This epic pilgrimage is shared by thousands of cyclists and walkers each year, as they follow the trail from France, Spain and Portugal to Santiago de Compostela. Whichever Camino you choose to ride, you are bound to marvel at the local traditions, culture, gastronomy and sense of communion between all those that share The Way - Now it’s your time to trail the Way of St James!
The Scott bikes were excellent and well maintained. The off road routes along rivers and the coastline were peaceful, interesting and scenic. The well located hotels / posadas were of a high standard with friendly staff. Daniel was very clear explaining the APP and how it works - a fantastic and user-friendly innovation. He took the time setting up our bikes and was most helpful in answering questions as regards the route as we were doing a self-guided tour. We would love to repeat this experience and have no hesitation in recommending Live Love Ride.
We did the South west self guided tour. The organisation was superb, with great attention to detail. Pre-trip information gave use an excellent idea of what to expect. Bikes were in perfect condition. Directions and route maps were accurate and precise. This was the most personalised service we have ever received on a bike tour. We had daily check-ins via text from our contact in Live Love Ride, with tips on restaurants, things to see etc. I could not recommend this organisation highly enough. We were treated as individuals, not just a booking number. We will definitely use LLR again!
